Hetzner Helsinki network problem
Starting from Dec 6, I noticed lagging and outdated messages from my Telegram bot, and it can't send photos.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or is it just my code suck?

For outages? I have a server at Hetzner Finland and it is 100% reachable. Your server seem to be reachable as well, but there might be some misconfig. I see no reason to complain publicly before you've reached Hetzner support regarding this problem.

Anyway, the problem is gone after Hetzner support confirmed there was no issue with the network. 🤣 I guess it solved itself!
