Hi @dahaohan -- You should already be all set on this -- if there's anything else you'd like us to address, please don't hesitate to ask.
We truly value your business with RackNerd!
Hi @mxmega -- thank you so much for placing an order with us! We're really happy to see you here at RackNerd, and hope that you enjoy the level of service that we provide.
We've gone ahead and doubled your bandwidth
@BruhGamer12 -- No worries, bandwidth is now doubled for the service associated with this invoice
Hi @TrK -- our Black Friday KVM VPS deals are provisioned on the following host node hardware:
Dual Intel Xeon E5-2680 V2โs to E5-2690 V4โs
256 GB RAM
8x 1.92 TB Enterprise SSDโs
LSI Hardware RAID10 w/ CVM
Dual 1Gbps Uplinks
Regarding IPv6 - you're right to ask! At present, native IPv6 is fully supported in our Los Angeles DC-02 and Strasbourg locations, and up to 100 IPv6 addresses can be allocated per VM upon request. For other locations, while we continue to work on expanding native IPv6 support, customers can leverage tunneled IPv6 solutions such as tunnelbroker.net as a temporary alternative.
Thank You so much for your support @xpress7
Hello, I would like to double the bandwidth. #Order: 14005007 Thanks!
Hi @caasify -- Appreciate you checking! At the moment we are still leveraging SolusVM v1. However, in the background, we've been testing and evaluating v2. We aren't ready to commit to a specific timeline yet, as we want to ensure a smooth transition when we do roll it out. Performance and stability of our control panel is important to us
By the way, it's worth noting that even when we do transition to v2, we'll be sticking to our existing business model of "prepaid services" which is what we've all come to love and expect here on LEB/LET. This allows us to maximize cost efficiency and deliver the best value to our clients. While hourly billing is great for cloud-focused providers, that's a different market than what we target and typically results in much higher costs, compared to a VPS provider. We believe in providing straight-to-the-point services that are as cost efficient as possible and easy to understand - no hidden billing or surprises.
Our current SolusVM v1 implementation is stable and continues to serve our clients well, providing all the core functionality needed. But we're always looking at ways to improve, and v2 is definitely on our radar.
Hi @BBTN -- Our shared/reseller hosting services are available for immediate ordering in Frankfurt
By the way, for VPS services in EU, we currently have Dublin available - which has proven to be a solid performer for our clients in the EU region. If you're specifically after Frankfurt VPS, I can't commit to any ETAs at this time, though expansion is always on our mind
Hi @TrK -- Thank You for sharing your positive experience! We're committed to maintaining solid performance and reliability that customers like yourself can count on
๐
Good statistics - thanks for sharing!
Hi @DeadlyChemist -- Thank You for sharing this! Speed is what we aim for, both in terms of support response times and VPS performance. We're proud of maintaining our ~10 minute average response time, as we understand how critical quick support can be.
By the way, regarding RAM -- shoot me an email at [email protected] and I'll see what kind of upgrade options we can work out for you. We're always interested in making deals
Hi @denellum -- Woot woot! ๐
Hi @thepreparation -- Gotcha, are we both looking at the same related service? Please double check the order/invoice number and let me know, just in case you may have mixed up the order numbers. I am showing that the package you ordered via Order #4671192284 includes 5 TB monthly transfer, and the VPS service has been doubled to 10 TB monthly transfer as of now.
@godslayer -- The legend himself is here! Always a pleasure having you around! ๐
Hi @TrK โ great question! SolusVM has been responsive, and open to change and has made significant changes thanks to our help. I know we're tooting our own horn here, but we've helped them tremendously with the path forward. I will say that although they aren't meeting our original-expected deadlines, everything is still moving in a positive direction. At this time there isn't an updated timeline, and we aren't going to push them to bring the updates to production until they're happy with their backend work. After all, we ourselves need to be comfortable with deploying it into production too, ensuring it is stable and meets our valued customer needs, plus our operations.
Hey @dustinc Any plans for HDD addons?
