, imo they are reasonably priced and also BuyVM also offers some I guess but according to price It would be better with layer7 since they offer much more specs [not comparing just suggestion]. I don't know anyone else offers them......I am also thier customer and they are good [if possible opt for ipv4 if possible will save you a lot of time]

ah ok, if you search for ultra low cost stuff ( ~ 10-20 EUR / year ) with IPv4 and DA license, then unfortunately we wont have what you search for.
Yaa but if you go for little bigger deal its included as is, so you do get value over there. It's like the higher you go the better the value they seem to provide. [they are in fact good in their service and support too]
@layer7 30 EUR setup fee for 1 IP, for 2 is 60 EUR OMG..
This is huge setup fee, more than hetzner charges.. which I think are the most expensive in the market for IP setup.

Hetzner's servers, even the smallest one offer 1/2 of what our smallest offer and they are roughly 1 EUR / month more expensive.
So that compare seems to be a bit uneven.
But yes, i fully agree with you. IF you want to have a 2,xx EUR VPS, THEN you will have to pay an insane high setup.
Or you just take the next bigger package and have either no setup or a minor one and still pay less compared to hetzner and still receive much more resources compared to hetzner.
This 30 EUR Setup is unfortunately necessary. Because this is actually an IPv6-only package. But people did not really understand the meaning that if its written its IPv6 only and if no IPv4 address is included that -- shocking moment -- really NO ipv4 was included.
So the choice was: Removing the offer completely and all customers who search for cheap IPv6 servers would have been alone in the rain or to make a setup, so people will instantly understand that with IPv4 its painful.
TBH their Cloud Server - High CPU in France is without setup fee and is quite good in specs/price
