My personal review of hostthebest: Not recommended

Hello LET community:
A few months ago, I saw hostthebest and purchased their services. But to this day, there are some major issues with their service and makes me uncomfortable.

  1. Uptime isn't good as their said. even i just have two instances on their platfrom.
    I noticed a four times outage since September. I calculated, total downtime are 7.4 hours. Oh, can you imagine how awful this experience is?

  2. Support is almost zero.
    When I purchased third instance, I noticed until to today, it's still pending. when i try to open a ticket to reach them. There has been no response so far.

3.They don’t understand what inventory quantity limits are.
even if their hypervisor can’t handle that number of services.Their website still says: Hey, we have some services available for purchase.
When customer placed an order at here. emmm, you will see pending. long time.

My experience was terrible, but all I would to say is, don't purchase any from them again until they improve their service.

    I think you are right because their company seems are not alive now.

    hmm ok, by that amount of tickets i would do the same.

    Beside revoked tag, this says nothing, its over 10years ago.

  • You missed the chance to post "My personal review of hostthebest: Not the best".

  • Never buy something from a banned member

    If you had all these issues, no support why did you buy more.

    There are other providers, maybe cost a little more but you will get the service and also support.

    Sometimes paying more will cost less long term

    Yes, you are right, @dartnode is my finial choice for the US locations.

  • How did the name of this company even pass your initial LOL filter? Come on guys.
