    We always have a good provider poll but we never did a bad provider poll, anyone want to share which provider you won't touch again even with a 10 foot pole?

    Is there any provider out there that can be reliable for mail hosting which means almost never drop like 99.99999% uptime? Have you tried any for at least 2-3 years and can share?

    Just did a quick check on 3 HostSlick VPS that I bought during BF last year

    • 1 of them got cancelled without any replacement earlier than the due date (albeit promised to keep until due date)
    • 1 of them have conflict IP address (Multiple VPS share the same IP, everytime I run ssh it could route to different VPS)
    • 1 of them have the wrong specs (Bandwidth and speed)

    I guess HostSlick is really not a provider to be taken seriously of.

    I never expected that too so I still happily promoted them in this thread... I am aware that 1 of the server will be cancelled due to inflation or what not, but I don't expect my other 2 VPS to be broken also until I tried them today :joy:

    I quickly checked, and I have two Virmach Tokyo nodes. I remembered one of them disconnects from time to time, so they gradually became unused. I even forgot I had bought them until I saw the renewal email, and that's when I remembered...
