I do too. It stopped working at around 13:25 utc+2.
Opened a ticket 1-2 hours later and they put my ticket on hold as they are investigating

Well I just received a feedback, apparently something is beyond repairable in my case, I'd recommend you open yourself a ticket on your side, if you haven't already.
Well, I just got notified they lost my entire server again, second time in two months.
The reply to my ticket told me they were going to do all the same things they told me they were going to do last time they fully lost my server and all it's data, yet here I am again... with no server and no data, only a promise of an 'extra month of service'.
It's awesome that the server is cheap in cost, however, it seems what you pay in is your time restoring your backups every month, since each month the node eats it's self alive because of their crap storage solution.
At this point, probably just moving all the services that were running here to another host, not sure if I can be bothered setting it all up again a 3rd or 4th time which will likely inevitably occur since they don't seem to be changing anything about what they are doing.

It's down (Netherlands VPS) and they are not even responding to tickets. Definitely looks like scam.

Whats the deal here? Why do I have to keep after you to get the product I paid for when you are the one with your hardware failing over and over again?

I bought a VPS (DE location) during the last BF. I was quite happy with it, but suddenly it went down. I can't reboot it. I opened a ticket (#LUP-914040), I got the answer "We are checking it. Please hold on!" but no news since. Almost 2 days I can't access my VPS.
Has anyone encountered the same problem?

Same problem here, VPS in Düsseldorf location down and ticket is on hold.
every week servers are rebooted.
do not use them for serious things.
63 hours of downtime, but at least my VPS came back a few minutes ago...
my uptime in RO
19:22:48 up 42 days, 4:36, 1 user, load average: 0.08, 0.02, 0.01well 1 year later, servers get restarted each 1-2 months, so even for my dummy irc bots are not fun.
i am not going to renew any of the servers, even the cheap ones.
Amsterdam already down, I am very unhappy with this vps, not recommended

The real question should be if RareCloud is actually up since most of their locations are more down than up. Amsterdam which is not really Amsterdam had RAID problems for like 2 times in a span of 3 months.
Never had any issues over there, Adrian is always chill.
I should have checked out the reviews before getting a rarecloud vps. At this point I cannot even count the number of outages that the VPS has gone through.
There is a network outage at this very moment in fact. It's so absolutely random, and nobody responds to the tickets. I don't think they even have a support team.
Amsterdam - today is the fifth day of down, if it wasn't for the small price I would have already sued him, they are scammers and should be prevented from doing business
