I got mine with a few hours delay, no emails though, had to check in the panel.

Your servers will be setup in around 14~ hours since that's when I'm going in to rack all the servers.
Normally they would be setup instantly but I put the grab bag deal plan up for old servers I didn't have in the rack anymore and didn't say anything about the week delay. So on that part it's my fault.
Thank you for your reply, I have ordered a total of three dedicated servers from you, one of them I don't use has been opted out, the problem is that no one has come to process the order yet, I'm looking forward to being surprised by the other two servers, and if they do I'll be happy to recommend my friends to use them, thank you again for all your hard work.

It's just a normal enquiry, I wouldn't bother in the time the other person has committed to, but it's 17 hours now and I just need some feedback and relevant progress not being impatient.
So you know what the client's biggest concern is? It's having a query but no one to bother you.
