  • Nice @emgh , yours?

Recently start exploring hourly daily dedicated servers, do you have list besides hetzner, vultr, whether it is bare metal, dedicated server or even higher VPS with nested virtualization?

Sorry I do not, I don’t really use hourly stuff except for Hetzner Cloud

And no, not mine, but sometimes I look at r/hetzner and that’s where I found it

Sometimes nice stuff is posted but most people there are totally clueless about hosting in general :D

Guess I can then finally scrap one more unfinished side project, perfect - nice service! :)

What’s left on your list? Maybe we can help you scrap more off it

First one that comes to my mind:
A service/script that exports and saves your Netflix view stats (progress and such), so that you can keep it when having your subscription idle for too long. :D

Netflix removes that on sub cancellation?

They do! After 3 (?) months, can't remember for sure. They even mail you about that to "motivate" you for re-subscribing. :P

    /EDIT/
    It was 10 months:

The price increase on the auction servers in the last 12 months is insane

Agreed. Weird that main lines have remained untouched as well. Auction was meant to let Hetzner get rid of odd and outdated configs for cheap but now the main lines are much more worth (for compute)
