  • Is there a RackNerd Engineering road map? I like RN, but i'd love to know there are some things in the pipeline, like your own dashboard, object storage or expandable storage, resizable instances etc. I'm sure others have things they are interested in.

Haven't spent too much time playing with my new RackNerd VPSs yet (will do some dev and documentation this weekend), but will give them full marks for speedy ticket responses! I had a few post-sale questions and even on a Friday night got responses to tickets and my replies in an average of 30 minutes or so. Impressive.

Edit: For what it's worth, wanted to add that the response times and the subsequent assistance provided (moving one of the servers I got to different location for instance) for VPSs at the Black Friday prices is crazy and definitely going to earn them more of my business. I think the only other VPS provider I use that is this service-oriented has been BuyVM. Good start.

Hi @hampered -- Good idea on putting together a public engineering roadmap, we'll have to consider doing that into the new year :) Yes, we have some exciting things in the roadmap, and actually just recently hired on a new Senior DevOps & Systems Engineer to join our Engineering team. For now though, resizes to instances and upgrades such as storage addons, are always possible via support ticket :)

Hi @MagicApple -- Quite a bit, actually! Within our other threads, others have shared pics etc as well. We are known for delivering and overdelivering here. We love to make it rain with giveaways, and genuinely enjoy giving back to this amazing community.

As for the LowEndBox-specific giveaways, the winners are publicly shown via the Gleam widget. For our giveaways within our LET threads (such as our Black Friday or New Year) we always tag the winners publicly as well.

By the way, speaking of which, today we just launched our New Year 2025 sale, where some of the top prizes include an Acer Nitro V gaming laptop, a PlayStation PS5, 75 Inch TV, and more! Check it out here -> https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/201141/spanking-new-deals-happy-new-year-w-premium-giveaways-freebies-galore-by-racknerd
