    The whole process actually took an hour to reinstall the operating system from the control panel. I tested the disk IO, no wonder it took an hour.

    Submitted a ticket, hopefully this performance isn't "standard". :#

    You staff went silent after replying 2 messages to me on the ticket. The last message said it was fixed, but in fact everything is still the same as before. So after 2 days, I still haven't used VPS.
