The panel is working for Timisoara, but when I try to start the server I get 1) The operation could not be completed.
Does anyone have a telephone number to check on the situation?
I don't know why my brain decided to buy something from them.
However quickly as I bought it, asked for a refund.
All that did happen yet, is arguing with them, despite having 14 day refund policy right.
I give them another week, to handle my refund after that I let my bank handle the refund for me.

My German VPS is still running, but the official website is indeed inaccessible.
Same...also I've purchased on my company. They didn't sent de eInvoice (mandatory for RO companies)...I will request a refund as well, at least they could have announced.

i bought in the sale, still have not logged to panel. was going to login for the first time and website is down. Not a good start.
I think it is just an accidental routing problem, network 45.13.38.0/24 seems to be not announced anymore and the website rarecloud.io is hosted there.

Any serious hosting provider would have been announced an issue, also they could have move the website or take measures...1 day and still nothing from RareCloud. This is not a provider I want to host my projects on...:(
2 days ago ams2.rarecloud.io Amsterdam, NL - EU also had problems and was offline. At that time I was able to open a ticket.
Just for your information: Rarecloud calls those hosts in Amsterdam, give them "Amsterdam" names, but they aren't. They're in Eygelshoven, and that's way closer to Dusseldorf as it is to Amsterdam.
Have pointed that out several times as misleading to Rarecloud, but they don't bother and don't react.
I see no one tagged the provider. They recently rebranded to RareCloud, previously called as vpsforvpn.com

We had issues in Timişoara today. But our Arizona servers are online and have a great uptime. Can you please open a support ticket so we can identify your servers and check what's wrong?
Let's talk about it. I am sure we can solve your issue and provide good services. We don't want you to regret this purchase, and I want to assure you we are doing our best to solve all problems.
Indeed, we had some performance issues recently, because lots of sales coming too quickly, we were sold out before the real Black Friday began. We added more servers, and we are installing more servers as we speak. Our nodes have been a bit overcrowded, but we are balancing them right now.
If any of you have problems, we can move you to newer nodes.
We are not a scam, we are here to stay!
