We're moving over Frankfurt to the new cluster. The migration will be completed next week and users will start seeing improvements this weekend.
Data and IPs will be seamlessly migrated on the background. The interruption will be 1-2 minutes for the configuration to be moved (can't be done online as there will be a conflict between the old and the new cluster).

When the bonus is processed, the upgrades team replies here to each request. If you didn't get a response in the thread yet, then your bonus hasn't been processed yet, but it'll be processed for sure.
The upgrades team processes bonuses sequentially so they most probably haven't reached to your post / request here yet. However, if they've responded to your request here and you still haven't gotten the bonus - which most probably doesn't happen, but just in case, please let us know.
