I came looking for the BF spirit that took me by surprise when I first joined. The deals are secondary honestly. This is the first year I didnt buy random shit. Personal growth I guess. But my service is set up. There's no way to connect to it. The IP doesn't even ping. There's nothing in the panel beside reinstall or trying to reboot. Whatever other logins are there in you panel give permission errors caused by your backend.
I don't mind a wait for manual setup, intervention or whatever but do expect an ETA on when it will be fixed.
I'm done discussing it here. Will create an elaborate ticket for you to work worth.
Edit: and I'm no novice. I know what to expect from a low-end provider. Things aren't set up right on your side. Again, I don't mind if you are on it, but I see no progress in trying to fix this or a proactive attitude trying to take care of the issues mentioned here by multiple people.
