Their service is amazing when it works, but I’m really disappointed by the recent downtimes, failing server HDDs, and IP changes. I hope things improve for them and they don’t end up deadpooling, though it’s starting to feel that way.

    Yes and no Deadpool no

Hi hostslick, its been 6 days since my purchase, and service still in Pending status:

    Invoice #2024-11-29-738
    Order Number: 5270531759

Double Port+Bandwidth +1CORE please if possible.

    Thanks.

  • Does anyone else have this issue of 'resizing the disk' stuck at 32% or 60% in the Virtualizor tasks?

It's been a week since the purchase of VPS and I can't even start it.

Each time I report the issue through a ticket, he will reply it's resolved, but it never did! Disappointed with how this is going.

My complaint via ticket has not been responded to. My blackfriday hosting, which is as old as corn, is gone and can't be accessed. 😰

Yup, same here. I have a ticket open since yesterday and it's still not answered.

  • just buy on BF and leave it alone, come back to it in new year when everything settled down.
the first month or dollar are not really worth it to do multiple rounds of try and setting everything up potentially multiple times.

Has anyone figured out the correct v6 gateway for the "EARLY BF SALE" plans yet?

  • Double Port+Bandwidth +1GB RAM please

Yes, IPv6 works for me. I've configured the IP shown in Virtualizor on the interface.

        2: ens3: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc fq_codel state UP group default qlen 1000
            inet6 2a0f:ca80:1337:xxxx::1/64 scope global

2a0f:ca80:1337::1 is the gateway. Since this is outside of the /64 of the assigned subnet, ensure to add an interface route. ip -6 route should look like this:

2a0f:ca80:1337::1 dev ens3 proto static metric 1024 pref medium
default via 2a0f:ca80:1337::1 dev ens3 proto static metric 1024 pref medium

Well, after ticket, my VPS was migrated to another node. Judging from the current performance, the node is running well, and the "reinstall system" stuck problem of the old node has been solved. btw, I also attached the yabs score of the new node. Combined with the CPU model, I think it has achieved the expected performance.

And if possible, please help with the bouns, Thanks. @HostSlick

Yes, IPv6 works for me. I've configured the IP shown in Virtualizor on the interface.

I did the same settings in my VPS. Added the IPv6 which is shown in Virtualizor, manually added route for the gateway, added default route via the gateway.

But it still doesn't work..

I tried the same but no cigar. I can't even ping the gateway IP. Must be some issue on the host node then, I guess.

  • @brueggus said: I can't even ping the gateway IP

Yes same issue for me. Cant' ping it. Either the gateway IP is somehow different for this node or some other network issue with the node.

Also, are you, by chance, getting a lag while entering commands via ssh ?

    No, haven't noticed anything yet

Welp, let's hope it will be fixed faster than last year OpenVZ IPv6 that... never worked and ticket was 'on hold' for like 11+ months (or less as I see it is now straight out deleted, not even closed).

    Thanked by 1brueggus
  • The IPv6 issue seems difficult to resolve.
