My pending KS-A orders in bhs got cancelled after asking support for ETA
Why did you ask??
KS-A order refunded
anyone know how long OVH takes to process a refund after initiating it from the prepaid balance?
I really wish you were on a CA account, I'd take it in a heartbeat. Best of luck with the transfer.
order date?
Leaving so soon after getting that 25gbs
they sent an email twelve days ago telling me my order was canceled, but until now nothing has happened, no delivery and no refund.
I have a KS-LE-C, 64GB, 2×480 GB SSD in BHS2 i don't need anymore.
Next payment date 18 December. Renewal 13 EUR. Looking for 25 EUR, via Paypal friends and family, buyer pays the fee

Also I don't understand why they refunded me on the OVH account balance instead of the payment method used for the purchase...
I have received a refund email and expect to receive a refund on my credit card in a few days.
KS-LE-E cancelled as well
KS-A order canceled today with refund
My KS-A orders are also cancelled and refunded as well.
The same...
My KS-A is also cancelled and refunded and status is complete now. Finally, they started to act now.
Same here. I manually initiated the refund from my prepaid balance to my card. No idea how long it will take for them to process it, though.
"Soon"
Are you thou?
yes
let's see, not fully decided
I have realized though that if you can take the latency hit, networking on bare metal is generally not as flexible as networking on cloud, so keeping compute on metal while handling niche requirements like "I have to have this IP for years" on cloud is simpler and cheaper
1 × KS-A | Intel i7-6700k rental - datacenter bhs - - cancelled
hmm I had 5 orders, and somehow they cancelled 7 orders
you get 2 new orders id?
Slightly off-topic, but I've been genuinely interested why would you need to "have the same IP for years", ever since you mentioned it.
Why can't you just update DNS to point to the new IP and be done with it? What kind of service is that, unless top secret?
Not top top secret but let's just say external parties whitelist the IP with no automated way to change it. Planning for an IP change would be draining
How do you keep the same IP for years thou? Just by keeping the server active? Or did you rent the IP?
