Oh, you don't have to tell me. I have had the pleasure of contacting their support previously. I have told this story before. But, I am gonna reiterate. But, I hope I don't jinx it by repeating it over and over again. I hope RackNerd gets only stronger and better in every department.
Anyways, I had to set PTR records for mail server. I opened a ticket and given the meagre price I paid for the service, I decided to take a nap while I wait for the reply. But, I got the mail informing me of the PTR record setup in just 18 minutes!!! Mind blown!!
Most other mainstream hosts that charge 4x for the same service would have taken atleast 6 hours to reply and have it fixed.
