    I don't quite understand why these providers, the ones that are better suited for me are out of stock as soon as I post them and click through, even if I wait ahead of time to post the info. I'm trying to find $6/year and up, preferably with recurring discounts. Having ipv4 is best, but seeing that every posting out in this condition is out of stock, is it because of the time difference between different countries? Is that country the correct time for it to start selling?
