I used Windows with the AX52 server in the past, but I don’t currently have an AX52, so I don’t exactly remember the steps.
How do you install Windows? Is it via USB (Remote Console) or some other method? They usually include the driver in the installation USB.

When I attach the drive from qemu, the network works (via qemu). However, after reboot, the network does not work. Tried many drivers, nothing works.
Which Windows version do you want to install?
If it's Win Server, just request a KVM console and an USB stick, send them the ISO link (in Hetzner Mirrors). Install Windows via KVM Console as normal and usually they will include the network driver in the USB.

You can try this. Not sure if it works for AX52.
Check the network driver name.
Open Device Manager > Click the network driver > Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers > Select Intel then Your driver name (3).
People said it a problem on new powerful cpus with Hetz, their motherboards.
Also found this thread; people also failed to install it on another CPU.

So need to stick with older models, like 9900k
I used Windows Server 22 on AX52 before, no problem. Almost all their servers support Windows Server, except the 12500 and maybe ARM line. Best way is just installing using USB and the tech will include necessary drivers in there.
Though I do remember that a few times I have to search for drivers for a while.
Can you show a YABS of the AX52 if you have one?

Finally solved, Hetz stick an usb with drivers, after some efforts it worked.
