A true Apollo.
Hey!
Yes, HAZI.ro entered the OVH lottery where it initially lost a few hundred dollars on servers that only had the usual specifications (and were shut down in the first 24 hours without receiving any refund) but we also have two cherries.
Cherry 1: 1Gbps guaranteed in theory and 25Gbps best-effort inbound in reality
Cherry 2: 500Mbps best-effort in theory and 10Gbps best effort inbound+outbound in reality
guys
i got proxmox up and running it s good
speed inside vee pee it s not same but it s good
actually thinking about it, maybe it's not worse because it's inside a VM but because it's using the vrack IP, unlike the hypervisors main IP that did do 25 gbit
Nice newtoek it s fast my brudda
fk u @barbaros
what server is this one?
Advance-1
but I did did a new speedtest from the hypervisor itself
23 266 mbit down, 957 mbit up
true 25gbit
Not too bad for the price
ur missing most important parts?
Maybe I should buy one too...
Is this the moment where we all gamble to see if we get 25gbps ? (free setup on Advance-1)
DO IT
DO IT
DO IT
buy > no lottery > refund > repeat the cycle of life ovh edition
my it purschasing it s compani order my it s think no refound
it s sad
Until we get 25gbps full duplex
And from what I remember, I think OVH additional IP pricing is still pretty good compared to other hosts (Hetzner)
https://www.ovhcloud.com/en-ie/network/additional-ip/
Hetzner charge a lot more for their movable IPs than OVH
OVH allows everything that they’re technically capable of in their additional IP product
Hetzner only does in their ’Failover IP’ product which costs A LOT more (but in some ways is even more flexible compared to OVH, in terms of limits, if I remember correctly)
If you have lots of IPs, OVH does BYOIP, Hetzner does not
So who's next for an Advance-1 lottery ?
You

emgh trying to get everyone to buy one
Yup, one very green arch per month. I think my Apple Watch is like 10 times faster, but it serves as swarm controller & runs portainer, glitchtip, plausible, gogs and few instances of my pet projects without any problem-o. Much rare very retro
does anyone of you gents have yabs for KS-6?
It looks like the limit of 2 KS (of the same model) is in place... so my guess it that tomorrow, there will be restock around 1 PM UTC.
Who did you pay to get it fixed?
Why do you say that?
EDIT: didn't mean to sound rude. What did you see!?
When you try to order a KS, you can't choose more than two units now.
Why do you think it will be restocked at 1PM UTC?
I vaguely remember someone posting that information a couple days / pages ago. Could be a mixup tho, as BF/CM was kinda... active.
Let’s see if they cancel and refund all the open orders first. 😅
