ut the unlimited option is not stackable
Also you get 1 ip if you stack more than 1
So you can stack them to generate a config you want

I doubled the price of VDS 2 then i did some other changes and forgot that i doubled it so i doubled it again
it is now 30$ and you get 30% on it using the coupon so it will be 21$ /m which is a very good price for 8 dedicated cores with alot of ram and disk

EPYC 7551P has max 3 GHZ but lock to only 2 GHZ..
This CPU is for their latest Unified Dedicated Cores offers..
we don't lock it at all
It depend on the total load of the server when it will decide to boost the cpu .
For the server it is not aware that it is running VPS and it will only boost the cpu when the total load on all the cores is at certain point .
The problem is that if the other users on the same server are doing non cpu intensive tasks the total utilization on the cpu from the server perceptive is low and it does not require a boost
This is actually one of the side of effect of dedicated cores . since we do core pinning (same cores dedicated to you that will never change) and and we prevent any other task whats so ever from running on the cores dedicated to the client , this result in that it takes few users in one server to idle their vps for the server to rarely boost
if it is really an issue for you ask the team to move you to more busy node (only ask this if you are on dedicated cores pleans like unified etc) this will get you some boost
