QuadraNet Website Outages
We are currently experiencing a DNS control failure on our primary domain (quadranet.com) and are working with the domain registrar to rectify the issue, we do not have an ETA at this time. It currently affects your ability to contact our support department from the NEO control panel or by email, however - you can still reach our NOC locally at (213) 614 9371.

Offline for 2 days, they still managed to charge my card twice.
DNS servers are down.
I'm sure not being able to keep your main website up is a good look for a hosting company.
HE.net was seized earlier in 2024-Jun, bringing down millions of websites.
