The admin panel and the server are down.
Unfortunately it is not our fault, we are aware of it, our upstream is having problems and our GRE session is completely unreachable.
We are asking for an immediate resolution that will happen within minutes.
honestly this is the first "long" downtime in a long time now.
There were small drops, but problems lasting a few seconds were solved immediately.
We are always working hard to improve ourselves and establish perfect uptime, but it is not easy.
Every month, there are long outages like this, Offline for 2 hours...
Could you remind me when it happened for 2 hours?
Last time there was a problem in Frankfurt where the PletX fiber cable was faulty, but I am not aware of any other such long-lasting incidents.
(The accident lasted about 40 minutes)

My server costs 8.4$ per year, the minimum payment you accept is 10$ why so much?
Here is my cool 40+ USD server MTR from Germany to Germany. More than a week sending those beautiful tests to DeluxHost and nothing changes
It's true there is an issue on some VPS.
I have one working fine with no packet loss and no high latency but other have issues like on your printscreen

The host representative should be removed just like Cali because it's been 2 days and he's not responding...
Hi, as has been explained to you several times in the ticket, we don't see any such high packet loss problems from our end, this is an mtr made by me from my home connection to your IP, as you can see, there are no problems.
I have also run various tests with other hosts and everything is fine.
The only option i can tell you is to send the VM data you have to us in the ticket so we can go in and see what's wrong, but again, the network on your server doesn't seem to be having any problems.
We want to help you, but if we can't reproduce the error, how can we fix it?

Already told you. This software do not check my problem, I gave you command to test network issues. don't really understand why are you showing UNRELATED test results. you need to test TCP on 443 port.... not this...

You may check a random IP, from a customer, that they are affected with your DDoS protection.

Again, it's very strange that the server is unusable, I'm not saying you're a liar, it's just not a common problem.

All our customers have DDoS protection enabled, at least 98%, but no one complains about problems of this type, from this screen it seems that the server is completely unusable, when it could Blocked by protection or limited, if you open a ticket we will check now.
I'm on the EPYC node and I see similar issues.
Ping used to be ~40ms for me until Monday. SSH is unusable.
What do you mean about 'completely unusable'?
Of course the server is being fairly used.
Why this type of ICMP request are being blocked/limited?
Doesn't make any sense when before the customers didn't had any issues connecting to them machines, nor did they have laggy RDP/SSH connections.
As long as i can see in the thread, even Xeon and EPYC nodes are unstable in terms of networking, pretty examples above from the multiple customers.
Regarding the Looking Glass, the IP does not have any packet loss, it seems it isnt the same routes used for the virtual machines.
