have you seen the previous comment about ovh creating a script to cancel mass orders?
I can confirm that orders will be cancelled for those that have been sent an email (about cancellation). This is taking time as we have a huge amount of orders and a script is being deployed to be able to cancel the thousands of orders with refunds at once.
