Got a lot to learn then. Was just researching memcached for Nginx. Seems my custom PHP script will have to be changed a bit for Memcached to work. This is my first encounter with Memcached or any caching solution.
Another advantage, as the OWrt one has a slot for 2242 SSDs (rarer and more expensive)
Memchached should work without any major changes in your code but can't be said same for redis. Out of redis and memchached redis gives me the best performance. Good luck trying out both and who knows you might just love what you get.

What would you recommend? I am looking for a lightweight distro that can manage almost everything that Windows does on my PC right now, mainly:-
1. Adobe Premiere Pro → Eden Live or something will work on Linux
2. Adobe Photoshop → GIMP
3. OBS Studio
4. Equalizer APO (haven't found an alternative yet). I use it for noise cancellation.
The rest have Linux alternatives or are available natively. Considering these, which distro would you recommend?
Isn't Alpine too basic?
I guess this is comparatively newer, cause checking it's Table of Hardware, I only see a few currently supported. Might have to port.

Alpine is fun. Source: believe me bro...
That's news to me, haven't checked openwrt in ages, might be interesting to see how this turns out as Broadcom doesn't have opensource drivers as far as I know.
Basic the key for a perfect OS, you can mode it however you like without any constraints.
Sed, no one's here.... Not even the chef......
Sounds good. I might have to distro jump every week to find my perfect distro, Ig.
I strongly believe we can bring the Chef back for one last dance before 2024 ends.
CHEF, WHEN ARE YOU COMING BACK?
