If I may ask: how long is the wait for a VPS to be provisioned?
I ordered a promotional VPS yesterday (Monday), payment was approved immediately, but the VPS is still in a "pending" state
Was the VPS in Ashburn by any chance? I think @aqua mentioned an issue with Ashburn deployment
There was a message back regarding issues to our Ashburn deployment server. Everyone will be back on shift tomorrow so it'll be one of the first things sorted. Billing will be adjusted

If you tried purchasing a Dedicated and was flagged for fraud, I set them back all to pending so pay the unpaid invoice on your account. In 10 mins it will be marked cancelled and will be listed back on the site.
