And just some feedback though, it may have been my browser, but it seems when you are not a customer yet and intend to pay using paypal, you wont be able to signup. The error says you have to link paypal, but this is even before the billing account is created. I eventually selected crypto to be able to signup and changed to paypal on the invoice page.
