    Sometimes, the effect on your health and sleep cycle are sutble to be noticed. Maybe a sleep monitoring watch could confirm.

    Yup, it had everything almost perfectly done. 8 onwards, everything went down the drain. I guess user adoption was faster from XP to 7 than from 7 to 8, because of that reason.
