On a preliminary look, unfortunately, I don't think you did. Your second entry was perfect, the first one wasn't, as you can guess. But, this will give you an idea of what to expect. But, remember, Dustin does switch it up from time to time. The only guaranteed way to win these is fast fingers, mind and proper understanding of the instructions in a very short time.
As I said earlier, consider this practice. BTW, were you desperately looking for a 1GB San Jose VPS, and would you be able to put it to good use?
On second though, I have faced this issue from time to time, when intermittently, a single refresh takes more time than usual. I just double press F5 when that happens.
