    I requested a refund on the 22nd of November for a VPS that started on the 12th and they said it wasn't eligible for a refund.

    Really dumb, and I'm going to take it up with the credit card company. Not so much because I care about the $30 or whatever it was, but because by principal, if you can't provide the service, you shouldn't get to keep the money.

    I ran low end hosting for many years, and now do much higher end ISP/datacentre level stuff, and at no point would I have even considered it'd be acceptable to charge people for the level of service that's being given here.

    The client area has been down for a while now. Whoops... Not a good look for new customers onboarding to the platform.

  • Frankfurt is down again. :/

  • Their portal is down too.

  • It's unusable even when it's up, why?
    Cause I cannot trust it to run anything on it because it might go down few minutes later.

    The past few days have felt like a disaster to me. I did not choose a refund. I hope your skills and abilities can solve the difficulties you are currently facing.
    I am no longer able to ssh to my Frankfurt VPS. I tried to reboot it, and now, I can't ping it.

    Same deal with my NY VPS. I am on my 3rd day without access to it. On my case it is a network issue. I can access the VPS from their portal VNC console, but it does not have network connection to the outside. I also can't ping it.

    @MassiveGRID, ticket 273149 still unresolved.

    Because they keep on coming up with different excuses that really don't have any plausible ground. They are simply telling lies.

    I'm interested in that screenshot because I got a message, when complaining about the quality of service that "I haven't asked Support to turn on HA". What kind of utterly bullshit is that?!

  • On panel for that server H/A Server Status showing Stopped and when I start it it'll start and shows as started only for few minutes (however still down in this period) and then shows Stopped.

    Anyone having the same issue?

  • I would refund too but I think they won't accept it since they just ignore tickets and give no answer.

    Update for Frankfurt location

    We're speeding up the deployment of the new cluster in Frankfurt and we'll start migrating customers there. Some nodes in the old Frankfurt cluster faces serious and frequent issues.

    The migration to the new cluster will be seamless from the customer side, IPs will remain the same and data will be migrated. No actions will be needed from your side. A small (~10 minutes) interruption will occur outside business hours and your server will come back online on the new infra.

    The new cluster in Frankfurt is in the same datacenter (Equinix FR2).

    Additional to the above, we've upgraded our DDoS protection. Recent and new type DDoS attacks have been observed the last 6 days towards our Frankfurt location causing extra stress to some servers.

    We'll provide an update later today about the new Frankfurt cluster.
