Finally, got the answer that I can't have the deal from you @ProHosting24

All the money paid have been refunded.

I hope better luck for me next deal.

    HA SSD VPS - #8200

Do they run out of resources? I am sure they got massive orders this time.

Given that everything is operating within the 176.116.18.0/24 subnet, on 1 server, there are 221 servers.

    RAM: 16 GB * 221 = 3.5 TB
    NVMe Storage: 200 GB * 221 = 44 TB
    CPU Cores: 4 cores * 221 = 884 cores
    CPU Frequency: 3.1 GHz * 221 = 685.1 GHz

For comparison, the AMD EPYC 9554 processor (what the server is running on) has a total of 236.8 GHz.

What’s going on here? You tell me.

New vms run on different node with AMD EPYC 7443P

No, currently machines are being started from 7402(P),7C13,7443 and 7543 nodes

Ah, got it. So no overselling then. :)

  • The CPU steal has never reached 1% since September (the month I started using @ProHosting24 ), and I have two of these bad boys on Genoa node.

24 hours usage (app with 4k DAU) - db and redis only on this server

    No ragrets.

I don't know if you guys oversold it. This is the gb6. It looks like it's dropped a lot.

Looks to me like a CPU limit, please create a ticket and explain your workload

The machines have the same load like in the last 1-2 weeks

I put a website right here, are you serious? Just one

We have been able to trace back the email issue:
Looks like one of the rabbitmq consumers had a hiccup we didn't notice.

I received a login notification email, and thought my account might be hacked. But the IP address is mine. Seems that the consumer started to process backlogged messages?

dead-letter-queue needs to be made and monitored. (Usually I do)

Speaking of mail, it seems like I got a delayed notification regarding client area access. Not sure if others got it as well.

That's the stuff that you have to deal with when scaling something. Such incident underline how important it is to have sufficiently working monitoring and automation.

  • I bought a ProHosting24 VPS via a transfer. I see the following cronjob attached to my server in my Control Panel:

Is this a default/standard cron job? If so, I assume it's recommended to keep it?
