Come here just to comment, suddenly i can not login to my client area. I purchased on 28 November, i can login, create database, add additional domain, but tomorrow i can not login.
Open support ticket https://clients.hostslim.eu/viewticket.php?tid=638104&c=a6bBsa7K,
the answer is not helpful and today the ticket is 404.
If someone from hostslim read my comment, please check my hosting account.
Note1: i also not received any email to my registered email from hostslim
Note2: tried to reset password and not receive any email to reset the password. Look like my account is gone to black hole.

I sent a ticket for a refund, then I didn't receive a response to the ticket, the account was CLOSED and the refund was not received.
Requesting refund 1 EUR is completely insane...
