Yes, Ubuntu 24 is supported, but it has to be installed manually by dedicated server customer support team as OS Reinstall option is outdated

Have you even calculated the cost of service team for OS Reinstall Tasks that can be handled much better and cost effective manner with OS Reinstall Control Panel.
This will for sure be 2025. The updated automated OS install system is up and works admin side. We are working to roll it out client side soon.

To clarify, what @dev_vps is referring to is an outdated OS installation system that is no longer functional and cannot install older operating systems. However, we have a new system set up on the admin side that we are actively working to roll out to our clients as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we offer IPMI access and can assist with OS installations for clients via support tickets. Additionally, we do have Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 available. Thank you for your patience as we improve our systems.
