Best deal for KVM VPS 3Gb+ RAM Under $18/year Annual

I am considering Racknerd's BF Deal $18.93/yr 2.5 Gb RAM but if anyone could advise me something better?
I'm looking for a low-cost VPS with maximum resources for lightweight tasks. The VPS must include IPv4 and fit within a budget of $17 per year. My priority is to maximize CPU, RAM, and disk space, while a basic network connection is acceptable as speed isn't critical. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Your help could make all the difference in finding the perfect VPS setup. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    @caasify has their spot instance (2 very weak cores, 4GB RAM, 20GB SSD, 1eur/28days - less than $18/year)
