NTT and DYX don't know about others, i don't have any presence in china so can't help with that. Maybe sunny can help he was running his blog .cn for quite some time before shutting it down.
edit: voxility and vultr have routes to China Telecom as well..

whats DYX and vultr where？vox via ntt. It seems that NTT Tokyo only has 100G to China Telecom, China Unicom does not seem to have much access, China Mobile Asia only has Hong Kong connected to NTT, and Los Angeles is still congested.
Speaking of which, I didn't see Sunny today.
