My max budget is $20 and can't exceed to it
Contabo is not accepting crypto that's why I'm looking for other provider.

Contabo is kind of a dumpster fire that can't really be compared. If there was, I wouldn't recommend them.
For a high performance and sustainable price that isn't oversold, look at exceeding your budget a bit and see what @rsk might be able to whip up for you

BF Offers from Greencloudvps don't work for you ? BF2024 SG 2 meets/ exceeds specs.. half the price is a bonus of course annual minimum
You need to tell us what the CPU model is, not just the number of vCores. Different CPU models have different performance.
