I was going to go a similar route to Fat with “more time” joke and say ask us again in four years.
FWIW the built out interface I think that’s been developed over a period of time does give me some confidence you have a plan and also that you can use that to differentiate yourself. If the service is solid and any necessary communication good, it’ll go a long way.
Being that we’re on Low End Talk here and you’re operating in AU, I’d consider whether west coast US based plans would make sense. Probably run them at a lower cost for those of us that are price conscious while keeping performance up for your local users that maybe don’t need Sydney specifically. Not saying enter into a race to the bottom with other US providers, I imagine you don’t need to with the custom portal etc that adds its own value, but maybe look at the balance there. Can’t speak for everyone but I’ll often pick a plan in LA or San Jose as a pretty solid price to performance ratio for east coast AU. I’m sure you’ve looked there already but.
