Why was he banned if you can tell?
Too much perfume.
Because LET staff wanted to pretend that they have any integrity, while other scammers are allowed to roam free here.
He deadpooled and lost a lot of customers data, stole funds by not refunding. Ultimately selling hardware and IP while saying “I’am trying to do best for customers”. And eventually just ran away in flames of shame. It was first person here who began to demote romania providers in eyes of ordinary low end talkers.
It was sad, funny and ultimately pathetic.
He is now in anals of history, let him be there alone and forgoten.
I heard by hearsay that he crossed the path of some important person, just didn't cooperated and after that, the problems came. Maybe oldfags can clarify the situation...

Slammed to the ground
I’m 100% sure he had an office in Oradea. His business name reflected a shop that sold womens perfume. I had one of my friends working for him (I arranged the job for her). From what I know, it was not a big office and hardware was stacked everywhere.
I can not disclose exactly why I tried to find a job for her at @cociu’s. But I can tell you he helped my friend a lot, until something happened. Due to her and his privacy, won’t disclose what exactly. That would be a huge problem with privacy.
Long story short: he was a nice guy, until some things went south. I know he didn’t have an easy life. I talked with him on Skype a few times and he listened to one of the Romanian radiostations I work for frequently. Haven’t chatted with him since he was banned, though. So what he is doing now? Your guess is as good as mine.

AFAIK (and remember) his DC was in some kind of an industrial hall, the type that's often found at the periphery of towns. And the two businesses (DC and perfume) were totally separate. One, IIRC, run by him (the DC) and one run by his family (parents, siblings, something like that).
So his DC was kind of in between, not some shack or cave but neither what most people imagine when they think "DC".

Makes no difference. That kind of hall looks pretty much the same all over Europe (and highly likely elsewhere too).
You can still do business with Cociu; you just have to know where.
