MassiveDisappointment
Is this for real? Deadpool?
same, I bought a VPS on the 22nd Nov, and since then I have faced minor downtimes, 2 times I had to spend a couple of hours to figure out what was wrong with my VPN, and almost daily I had like either issue with the network speed, or installing scripts or even loading console through the portal, everything was too slow too when I had to configure anything, and now more than 12 hours I can't do anything and ticket is unanswered, I wasn't an old customer just a week and facing these issues, Idk what to do now...
@MassiveGRID
So we wait for him to fix it, or paypal dispute

Don't wait too long. I've raised a dispute, but they denied it because it was over 30 days after the payment - a bit understandable, but if you are too gentle towards MG or think that it is only temporarily, you're too late.
But you pay for 3 year , paypal still protect customer right ?
Not sure about this, in the dispute page, PayPal suggests no later than May 28, 2025. I ordered on Nov 29.
@FAT32 why are such deals promoted?
Really sorry for you guys. There's not much to say. As things look like, the best thing for you is to refund that mass grave and get something else instead until Cyber Monday.
i have 34 servers in massivegrid and all of them down and no one respond
You get wwhat you pay for.
Hi all, just writing my own experience.
I am (maybe it's better to say "I was") a happy customer with MassiveGRID since 3 months ago. Unfortunately, like everybody else says, since few weeks ago their network became very unstable. Yesterday: BOOM.
Having VPSs with them in all 3 locations.
No response from them yet
Like I said: I filed a dispute, it was rejected because it was after 30 days after payment. Trying to re-file the dispute again pointing to their own saying that customers have longer rights.
@MassiveGRID pull the rug now, take their money and run as planned
I also found that massivegride's network is particularly unstable recently, I sent a work order the day before yesterday, they told me that everything is normal, and then "lost".
What do you people expect? This is weekend. So their staff is having fun on the beach. 😆
Did you guys really think $0.49/month was sustainable?
Limited quantity runs? Sure. But offering unlimited VPS at $0.49/month is just too good to be true.
Even if you ignore all the hardware and network costs, a single IPv4 address alone costs 2–3 times that amount per month.
No amount of overselling can bring prices that low, especially with costs increasing every year.
No business plans to sustain losses for over 4+ years.
This seemed like a planned cash grab from day one.
Massive Closure
+1 had a terrible experience with them a few weeks ago, canceled the same day
My paypal refund was successful on the grounds that I did not receive the goods and questioned the fraud of massivegrid's service (which could not meet his "4 years").
it's like we're burning together
