Same here. The server I purchased from MassiveGRID is practically unusable. The server itself is functioning, but it just won't connect, not even via SSH. I've submitted a support ticket over a day ago, but still haven't received any response.
All down now, everything.. even their site.
Their website is reachable on my side.
Not customer so can't speak about their services.
Hope it gets fixed but...
This site can’t be reached
portal.massivegrid.com took too long to respond.
I also encountered the same situation. At the same time, their official website cannot be opened. I am not sure if they have escaped. If there is no reply from them tomorrow, I will definitely use Paypal to dispute it.
me too
Just after I posted the comment, its official website was restored, but my server still seemed to be offline.
What happened? This network server lost 100%.
Site is still down for me
c'mon guys, are you not expecting this kind of downtime for such a price
Give them time to fix it.
MassiveGrave
Absolutely nobody saw this coming.
my servers are up and working, but I can't wget anything (so wget google.com gets stuck): on the one hand, I am glad. On the other hand, some of my scripts aren't working because of it.
Basically, my point is that the actual, full availability may be much lower than the 99% that my ping measured.
will open paypal dispute today
VPS is down, can not connect it with SSH.

I think it's a dhcp issue. I was able to get onto my server via their console and add my IP as a static instead of dhcp. Not gonna type it all again but you can see here:

Probably because you usually don't get this kind of downtime based on low prices these days, things have evolved a lot since 20 years ago.
I predicted in two MassiveGrid threads... they are a summer host, soon be deadpool. Even I was tempted to buy their cheap (price-wise and performance-wise) vps but I sensed it would be a sinking ship. Ignoring questions asked by me and few other users in their offer thread itself tells that MassiveGrid is here on LET just to mint money and loot LET users by giving, as their buyers say, low performance VPS, bad network, poor disk I/O and now many buyers like you have started complaining that server is 90% of time offline and want a refund.
their trustpilot reviews are also negative. Users complaining same thing. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/massivegrid.com
me too
oh my lord, i have also.
what should we do now? time for cancelled?
MassiveGrid = Massive Downtime
This feels terrible and makes one think that the provider MassiveGrid might run away at any moment. I need to contact PayPal immediately to recover my financial losses in time.
I thought they was advertising their servers as “HA VPS” nothing to see about their high availability
Ah, I see you’re new to this field. Clearly, no provider here on LET tells buyers, 'Hey, expect some downtime!' Especially not when MassiveGrid is advertising their service as high availability.
Didn't expect so soon.
noooooo! mine is down, too.
for like 8 hours
Mine has been down for over 11.
Yes I am new here.
But when I saw the offer, maybe because I am new, I smell something not right.
Hopefully this issue resolve soon.
