You might want to check for a firewall before running the network tests; even suggest the firewall is switched off.

Pick a different payment method first being either cryptocurrency, alipay, etc. Once the invoice is generated, you can then take your time and pay the product.

It's okay, no need to be rude or anything. I get his point of view, just that it's a bit too passive aggressive.
Take my example, I didn't even have to open a ticket or anything and it got taken care of so probably there were a few people opening tickets, @naranjatech found the issue and took care of it. Done deal, maybe it took a bit longer than you would've wanted but it's not like you had to put that server in production right away.
