Such a long time since I had panel hosting. Can u plz tell me if this is the whm one where u cud create different cpanel accounts for every domain or is this a single coanek account?

Unfortunately, none of those web hosting deals tickle my pickle, as I already have a €1/year all-unlimited deal from @VPSSLIM.
Cpanel licenses have gotten so expensive. It's just crazy. I doubt any open source stuff comes close to stability of cpanel?

No i dont Like many Locations. And then you have multiple Locations and one is Not as profitable as the other. Bumping up the general Business costs and possibility making all other Locations more expensive.
I focus on one big Operation. Not some mess.
I Always say 1-2 racks = not Worth it.
When a other company has clients for multiple Locations (and i mean real paying ones Not some let vps surely they can do it.) i dont have Clients being Interested in such

I have used aapanel, and Sentora from time to time.
I believe u 100%. I had such an awful experience with nextcloud after experimenting with it for close to 2 years in which my wife hated me for the transition from Google photos to nextcloud
. I had to revert everything back to Google. In the end I realized Google's software and the reliability was actually cheaper than hosting next cloud urself.

Exactly. Especially when you’re not too many people working, with just one location, you can be much more hands on in the DC and use remote hands way less.

Now i have one based Location where i can do anything because i have loads of capacity and my Router is a Juniper MX960 all alone. So soon i can offer cheap 10/40Gbit Unmetered dedicated Servers. Im working on Stuff.
Another Location means either more IPs needed or you Invest into having waves and such to have your Network interconnected and use The ips in all Locations as needed. Both ways also bump The Cost.
