Best Budget VPS for Nextcloud During Black Friday/Cyber Monday Deals?

I’m planning to host Nextcloud for managing my personal files and photos. I already have a storage box from Hostbrr at a great deal (40% off yearly), and now I’m looking for the best VPS to pair with it. My main use case is accessing Nextcloud through the iOS and Android apps, and occasionally via the web interface for 2 users.
Since I’m aiming for a budget-friendly setup, I’m looking for a VPS priced around 5-10 EUR yearly with discounts during Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals. What kind of specs (RAM, CPU, storage, etc.) would work well for running Nextcloud efficiently in such a setup? Any recommendations for providers offering such plans?

how are you doing Nextcloud? AIO Docker install? Do you plan to use the extras (like talk, clamAV, full file search, etc)?
Nextcloud with the bells and whistles tends to be RAM hungry...AIO recommends 4gb. ClamAV and FullTextSearch will each want another gb each (https://nextcloud.com/blog/how-to-install-the-nextcloud-all-in-one-on-linux/ ).
I think min requirement is around 512mb but that's bare bones without the extras and non-docker install.
