Looking for Bare Metal with 128-256GB of RAM in North America

I'm in search of bare metal servers with the following specifications:
- RAM: Between 128GB and 256GB
- Storage: At least 2 SSDs of 512GB each
- CPU: At least 1 thread per 6GB of RAM
- Location: North America
- Bandwidth: Minimum of 10TB/month, with a preference for 1Gbps
Budget: Approximately $0.50 per GB of RAM. However, I’m willing to pay more if the server has high single-core CPU performance or is located somewhere with a lower latency to South America
