    You are comparing speed tests from two different vps plans and providers

    I get same speeds whether running Windows or Linux for the same VPS

    Same plans, same providers, just different operating systems

    Which one is your vps plan, provider and location

    speed does not change with OS ....

    Well one is more detailed the other is a bit simpler.

    Speedtest does not change with Linux vs Windows OS
