The KS-LE-1 has not been delivered, and the order has not been cancelled.
The refund for the KS-A has not been received, and it is much slower than the previous refund.
I took one Rise-LE-3 too, got it with a 10gb download but was a bit disappointed too with them giving a gen3 nvme when it can do 4 they have 10k/40k hour with 400TBW each

Talked with Octave (The CEO of OVH) and he said that he would checked my orders.
After a day i was contacted by phone from an OVH Staff Manager she said that there aren't any KS-A servers available in any DC, there will be a new stock in the next weeks, but no ETA.
All pending orders will be deleted. so don't get your hopes up, no one will get them for this round.
so it's only a matter of time for all KS-A orders to be refunded....

After 3 weeks my KS-LE-E got delivered (and I was lucky BTW for the specs), meanwhile I also had a KS-LE-A (harddrive version - in BHS, all official specs) that I would let go now. If anyone is interested I can transfert the KS-LE-A (CA account). Send me a DM

Nov. 29th has come and gone. No orders delivered and no (actual) mass cancellations/refunds. Hope is at an all time high ^^
I don’t think ANYONE genuinely thought the 29th was a serious date, it’s another random date OVH make up and copy paste it to everyone literally the same as the first 2 mass cancellations

Yeah but now we get a new fake delivery date to drool over. We just have to wait for some of the impatient ones to open a ticket because I am not bringing any attention to these orders to anyone with the power to cancel them under any circumstances.
All KS-A. I've had 1/7 delivered so I'm a bit more optimistic than most.

Yeah. Two reasons. First being that I didn't want to deal with any surprise price bumps in the first year. Second is that if OVH were doing what was in their best interest from a business perspective they would take all of the yearly orders that are pre-paid first.
My 7th and final order was for a 1 month commitment and that is funnily enough the one that got delivered.
Only ordered what I knew I could legitimately use plus an extra for hosting random games and such. Not trying to resell or anything.
