QA automation, such as running a GitHub Actions self-hosted builder, would involve 100% CPU usage for up to 30 minutes.
If the coders are productive and submits patches throughput the day, it would be persistent 100% CPU usage during the working hours.
Are you OK with that?
Yes, this is fine, we allocate cores to plans and number of VPS's per node based on not overselling - we recommend ensuring the VPS that is ordered meets the needs as ideally you don't want a CPU at 100% as it could cause systems to become slow on the VPS or crash.
