EmailBackup stores each email by default as json with 2 keys, header and body. It does have the ability to convert the JSON to the standard EML.
You indeed should be able to load a backup within the interface and view single emails + download attachments for that specific email.
Unfortunately it does not have an interface (as yet anyways) that allows multiple email account selection so you would have to manually enter credentials HOWEVER if you do a backup per email once, you don't need to have the mail credentials in to be able to view the backups (hopefully this isn't confusing)
I would love to add the multiple credential feature but it was coded so much for single at a time email credentials that it will take a long time for me to upgrade it to be like that.

Real Debrid removed the API to check if a torrent or file hoster file is already cached. Some apps are working around it in various ways, but the workarounds are mostly hacks that won't work long term. In general, apps that stream from RD won't be able to tell you if the file is available immediately, or if you'll have to wait for RD to download it.
Premiumize also offers Usenet, which is better for older / more obscure content.
If you need to download more than Premiumize allows (which is a fairly generous limit), there's also TorBox.app.

Torbox is a small compared to RD/PM. It will take sometime for them to grow. With the influx of new users, their servers got overwhelmed. They still waiting for new servers to get deployed.
Hope South African laws favour piracy for the long run.
