Do you have something like Notion's status page for your website, panel, SSH, and all the services you provide? If not, I believe it would be a great touch of professionalism to implement one. ๐
How can we monitor your uptime effectively? Is there a system in place for this?

I had like 10 outages since buying the servers. 8h down time. less than 99% uptime. Why does this happen?
Now I don't recommand. Very poor network from Frankfurt location. Frequent outages. Now I want to submit ticket - NO ACCESS to the web https://portal.massivegrid.com/clientarea.php ? That is no joke.

According to uptimerobot service my VPS in Frankfurt:
Duriing last 24 hours : 4 incidents, 3h, 19m, 7s down
Submitted several tickets, it then comes up for a while, but then the same network issues start again.

I picked up servers in Frankfurt, London, and New York but then setup Upptime when I had intermittent problems connecting and while London is mixed, New York seems to be down and out (I can access it via the console but not connect in or out per ticket #721663): https://status.samj.net/

Could you give me a refund because your service is unreliable. The control panel freezes, hangs and lags many hours.
