Reinstall didnt work for me either. But mounting a ISO as CD worked and I was able to reinstall it that way.
Mine too mate, it's been 20+ hrs. Raised a ticket already but no response

Same here! Created a ticket and got a reply that it would take around 24 hours. 24 hours passed and still shows pending.
Welp ... can't get into the panel (blank page after login) or the client area (503 error) at all now.
My ticket has been posted for more than 40 hours and I haven’t received a reply.

It wont be restocked. Sorry. Not when people are impatient about the 24h thing. I cancel that planned restock now. Its a 20€/yr service after all.

Activations are happening. I see that one node has occassional QEMU processes stuck and has been locked by us for now, so no orders are being placed on it. We are investigating it. That causes some VPS not to start after provision. If you received email and your VPS is not online 15-30min after that you can open ticket to check.
At least please reply to the ticket via support ticket to continue further communication. I understand and don't want to waste time. My Tickets and Services still have no follow up.
Last days been wild, there is only 11 tickets now left. And all will be taken care of.
Issue probably came from activating too much VPS at once and shooting too much changes such as bonuses. Is being getting fixed
