Your BF promo page on your website states that when buying TRIENNUAL plans, that you will double, quote "(RAM/BW/STORAGE/CPU)".

I confirmed twice with your support, which of the items would be included (your support stated it was memory and bandwidth). I then paid the $200 fee for the TRIENNUAL contract and after paying, I asked for the doubled memory, as I was promised.

After I paid (with no refunds), your support person then claims they made a mistake and it does not include double memory. Despite confirming explicitly, twice, they would include double memory, prior to my purchase.

That's fine, but it's their mistake, not mine. It's their obligation to fix their mistake. Please communicate this to them, or refund the purchase. Thank you.
